Location: Corporate Office-South Delhi

We are looking for a Creative Head / Digital Marketing Head who can lead the digital growth, creative strategy, and social media presence for Clinic Dermatech and CIEL.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Performance Marketing: Lead digital lead generation through Google & Meta, with a solid focus on ROAS, CPL, lead quality, and conversion.
- Creative & Content Strategy: Own the end-to-end conceptualization of digital contentfrom creative ideas, campaign concepts and content creation to scheduling and publishing.
- Social Media Management: Drive and strengthen the presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, focusing on engagement, follower/subscriber growth and brand visibility.
- Consumer Engagement: Develop engaging and relevant content that creates interest, curiosity and meaningful consumer interaction.
- Digital Marketing Techniques:



Strong understanding of push and pull marketing strategies across digital platforms to attract, engage, impress and convert customers.
- Campaign & Brand Growth: Plan and execute creative digital campaigns aligned with business objectives, brand positioning and customer acquisition.
- Performance & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, engagement, traffic, lead quality and conversions, and continuously optimize campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

- 8–15 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Creative Strategy, Performance Marketing or Social Media.
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media platforms.
- Creative thinker with strong understanding of consumer behavior, content trends and digital conversion.
- Experience in Healthcare, Aesthetics, Beauty, Skincare, Wellness or D2C brands would be preferred.
