Cloud Kitchen is looking for a skilled and passionate Chef / Head Cook to join our team. As a cloud kitchen, our focus is entirely on delivering high-quality, delicious, and hygienic food to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring consistent taste and presentation. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen, restaurant, or cloud kitchen setting.

Job Details Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Company Name: Cloud Kitchen Role: Chef / Head Cook Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month (depending upon experience) Work Model: Work from Kitchen (On-site) Key Responsibilities Food Preparation: Cook and prepare dishes according to the standard recipes and menu of Rasoova.

Quality Control: Ensure consistent taste, portion sizes, and excellent presentation for every order.

Kitchen Management: Manage daily kitchen operations, prep work, and ensure orders are ready quickly for delivery riders.



Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict cleanliness, sanitisation, and food safety standards across the workstation and equipment.

Inventory Control: Keep track of kitchen stock, minimize food wastage, and report required raw materials/groceries daily.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Experience: Prior experience as a Cook, Commi Chef, or Head Chef in a cloud kitchen, restaurant, or catering service. Speed & Efficiency: Ability to handle bulk orders and work quickly during peak lunch and dinner delivery hours.

Cuisine Expertise: Well-versed in commercial cooking techniques, spice blending, and consistency.

Hygiene Conscious: Deep understanding of food safety, clean cooking habits, and kitchen grooming standards.

Teamwork: Ability to work smoothly with kitchen helpers and delivery coordinators.
