Role & responsibilities
- Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT hardware.
- Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, IP addressing and internet connectivity.
- Maintain and troubleshoot EPABX/telephone systems.
- Support CCTV, DVR/NVR and related network connectivity.
- Manage system backups, antivirus, user access and basic IT security.
- Coordinate with software, internet, EPABX, CCTV and hardware vendors whenever required.
- Maintain IT asset records, network documentation and AMC/service records.
- Provide technical support for ACME POS Software, including installation, connectivity and basic troubleshooting. Optional
- Provide timely support to branches/showrooms and ensure minimum downtime.
