Job Summary

We are seeking a Hardware & Network Support Engineer to support IT infrastructure maintenance and network operations under our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services. The role involves installation, configuration, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and on-site technical support for computer systems and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, and related network equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and hardware replacement as required.
- Provide on-site technical support and assistance to end users.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, IP configuration, and basic server-related issues.
- Maintain service reports, maintenance records, asset details, and technical documentation.
- Support system security, antivirus, user access, and data backup procedures.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues within the required timeframe.
- Carry out AMC-related service visits and ensure timely closure of service calls.

Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering, or
- BCA / MCA, or
- Diploma in Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent qualification.

Certifications Mandatory: Certification in PC Hardware & Networking.

Preferred:



CCNA or other relevant networking certifications.

Experience

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT hardware, networking, system support, or AMC services preferred.
- Freshers with relevant certification and robust technical knowledge may also be considered, depending on the requirement.

Required Technical Skills
- PC and laptop hardware troubleshooting
- Windows installation and configuration
- LAN/WAN networking
- Routers, switches, and basic network configuration
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing
- Printer and peripheral troubleshooting
- Basic server and backup knowledge
- Network and system troubleshooting
- Preventive maintenance and AMC support

Work Requirements
- Full-time position.
- Working hours as per company policy and client/site requirements.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for technical support and AMC activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
