We are building our next-generation growth team, and we are looking for MBA Marketing freshers who are passionate about digital marketing and growth marketing, eager to learn, and excited to work directly with clients on rapid-growing eCommerce and D2C brands.

Role Overview

As a Growth Marketing Associate, you will work closely with the growth team to plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies across paid media, analytics, and eCommerce platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, learning new tools, and managing client relationships.

You dont need prior experience — just strong curiosity, a learning mindset, and a passion for digital and growth marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning and execution of growth marketing strategies across Amazon, D2C, and digital platforms.
- Assist in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting dashboards.
- Support Shopify store management, including product listings, campaign tracking, and performance monitoring.




- Explore AI tools and automation workflows to improve marketing efficiency and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Amazon, D2C) to deliver client campaigns on time.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
- Research emerging digital marketing and growth trends, and suggest ways to apply them to client accounts.

Requirements

- Solid passion for digital marketing and growth marketing.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Shopify.
- Exposure to automation or AI tools is a big plus.
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers, data, and dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a team player.
- MBA in Marketing (freshers/2024–25 graduates welcome).
