Role Description This full time Graphic Designer role is an on-site position based in Ludhiana.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts and designs for brand identities, including logos, typography, color palettes, and layout systems for print and digital media. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design ideas from brief to final artwork, preparing files for production, and collaborating with stakeholders to refine concepts based on feedback. The role also involves maintaining brand consistency across all materials, supporting marketing campaigns with graphics and layouts, and staying informed about design trends and best practices.

Qualifications





- Strong skills in graphic design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software).
- Ability to develop and refine brand identities, including logos and visual systems across print and digital channels.
- Experience creating marketing and promotional materials, such as social media graphics, presentations, brochures, and banners.
- Attention to detail in preparing production-ready files and collaborating with printers or vendors when needed.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to interpret briefs, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Capability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating brand identity work and a range of design projects.
- Familiarity with basic UI/UX principles and motion graphics is a plus.
