We’re looking for a Creative Designer & Video Editor Intern who can help us create high-quality visual content across our events, social media, advertising campaigns and YouTube.

You’ll work closely with the core team and get hands-on experience building the creative engine behind some of India’s largest AI, Web3 and technology events.

What you’ll work on

Design

- Social media creatives for IBT, Metamorphosis and Octaloop
- Event announcements, speaker creatives, sponsor creatives and promotional campaigns
- Paid ad creatives for Meta, X, YouTube and other platforms
- Posters, banners, presentations and other event collateral
- Experiment with recent creative formats and visual concepts

Video

- Edit short-form videos for Instagram, X, YouTube Shorts and ads
- Edit longer-form YouTube videos and event content
- Create reels from speaker/event footage
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound design and visual effects
- Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short-form content
- Work on video ads designed specifically for conversions/ticket sales

What we’re looking for

- Strong eye for design, composition,



typography and visual storytelling
- Comfortable with Canva / Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator or similar tools
- Comfortable with Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut or equivalent
- Understands how creative needs to change across organic content vs paid advertising
- Has a strong sense of what’s working on Instagram, YouTube and X
- Fast learner who can take a rough idea and turn it into a polished creative
- Attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback
- Portfolio is strongly preferred — personal projects absolutely count

Bonus points

- Experience with motion graphics
- Experience creating performance marketing creatives
- Experience editing podcasts/interviews
- Interest in AI, Web3, crypto, startups or technology
- Experience working with events, creators or media brands
- Can use AI tools to speed up creative production
