Gold Loan Sales Officer Roles & Responsibilities

1.Identify and approach potential customers for gold loan products.

Generate leads through field visits, referrals, local markets,

and existing customer references.

1. Gold Loan Sales Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, eligibility, tenure, and repayment options.Achieve monthly targets for leads, loan applications, and disbursements.
2. Field Sales & Market Visits Conduct regular field visits to generate current business. Develop relationships with local businesses, customers, agents, and referral partners.
3. Customer Documentation Collect and verify KYC and required loan documents. Ensure applications are complete and accurate as per company policy.
4. Loan Processing Coordinate with the branch, credit, valuation, and operations teams. Follow up on applications from login to approval and disbursement.

Customer Relationship Management Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers. Follow up for renewals, repeat loans, and referrals.
6. Repayment & Follow-up Remind customers about interest/EMI payments and loan maturity. Support the branch in overdue follow-up and customer retention.
7. Compliance Follow company policies, KYC/AML guidelines, and gold-loan procedures. Maintain proper records and ensure accurate customer information.
