About Our Client

Our client is a listed and leading diversified manufacturing company with a strong presence across India. The organization is looking for an experienced commercial leader to manage the finance and commercial operations of key manufacturing divisions.

Reporting to the senior leadership team, the incumbent will be responsible for:

- Leading finance and commercial operations across three manufacturing units

- Managing accounting, costing, budgeting, MIS and variance analysis

- Driving cost optimization, inventory control and working capital management

- Overseeing receivables, payables and product cost structures

- Managing statutory compliance, taxation and contract labour requirements

- Handling internal, statutory and GST audits

- Overseeing procurement, stores, warehousing, dispatch and logistics

- Preparing capex budgets and monitoring approved projects

- Reviewing contracts, commercial agreements, discounts and sales promotions





- Partnering with IT teams to digitize workflows and enhance SAP functionalities

- Supporting general administration and overall plant operations

The Successful Applicant

- CA, CMA or MBA qualification preferred

- Around 20 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

- Strong exposure to plant finance and commercial operations

- Hands-on experience in costing, budgeting, inventory and working capital

- Experience overseeing procurement, stores, warehousing and logistics

- Strong knowledge of audits, GST, statutory compliance and SAP

- Proven ability to lead commercial operations across multiple manufacturing units
