Job Purpose:
Design, implement training for GIB channel stakeholders
Enable GIB sales channel growth through training
Job R****esponsibilities:
Train GIB sales team, RBB staff
Identify training needs, weaknesses
Schedule, implement training programs
Create training video repository
Train on-boarding process, documentation for accounts
Develop on-boarding, induction, orientation sessions
Update training content, videos
Coordinate with L&D;, product teams for content
Prepare e-learning, certifications
Identify FTNR reasons, create modules
Prepare training budgets, identify locations
Create metrics to evaluate channel post-training
Conduct refresher courses as needed
Communicate training programs timely
Deliver courses with presenters
Assess future training needs
Develop profile-based, individual training plans
Ensure diverse training methods deployment
Monitor, evaluate program effectiveness, ROI
Prepare tailored training based on feedback
Track feedback, adjust modules for delivery
Maintain understanding of training trends, best practices
Provide monthly progress updates to seniors
Educational Qualifications:
Post Graduate / MMS / MBA
