Job Summary

We are looking for a Front Line Sales with experience in real estate sales, residential property sales, lead generation, customer handling, site visits, and lead conversion . The candidate will handle prospective customers and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, digital platforms, and other sources.
- Understand customers’ requirements, preferences, budget, and property need.
- Explain project details, specifications, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and other relevant information to prospective customers.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits for prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers and maintain proper records of interactions and lead status.
- Address customer queries and coordinate with the concerned departments to provide timely responses.




- Negotiate with customers within the approved company guidelines and work towards closing sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records in the CRM/ERP system.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and other internal teams for documentation, booking, and further processing.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and sales performance.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, or ERP systems.

- Good knowledge of the Chennai real estate market will be an added advantage.

- Any Graduate.
