Job Overview ASM Tech Solutions is looking for motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our Recruitment team as US IT & Non-IT Recruiters .

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and US Staffing . The selected candidates will receive structured training and hands-on exposure to the US recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and client requirements.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze IT and Non-IT job requirements.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Review and shortlist resumes based on job specifications.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Communicate job opportunities and requirements clearly to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records.
- Work closely with senior recruiters and managers to meet hiring requirements.
- Achieve defined daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Develop knowledge of US staffing processes, recruitment terminology, and employment practices.
