About the Role

We are looking for a Legal Services – B2B Field Sales professional responsible for generating business, meeting potential clients, understanding their legal requirements, and coordinating with the appropriate lawyers to facilitate service delivery and closure.

The role involves extensive field visits, client meetings, lead conversion, and coordination with lawyers to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads for legal services through field visits and client meetings.
- Meet potential clients and understand their legal requirements and service needs.
- Explain relevant legal services and assist clients in selecting the appropriate service.
- Coordinate with the lawyer/legal professional based on the client's requirement.
- Schedule and coordinate client consultations/meetings with lawyers.
- Act as a bridge between clients and lawyers to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Follow up with clients and lawyers until the requirement is successfully completed.
- Drive lead conversion and achieve assigned sales/revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive service experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams and lawyers to resolve client queries and service-related issues.




- Maintain accurate updates of leads, client meetings, follow-ups, lawyer coordination, and closures.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and additional legal services.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development preferred.
- Experience in Legal Services will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive convincing, negotiation, follow-up, and closing abilities.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and meeting clients.
- Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate effectively with lawyers.
- Strong relationship-management and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Should be proactive, confident, and capable of handling clients independently.
