We are looking for a Junior Marketing Executive to support the marketing and patient acquisition activities of our Aesthetic clinic. This is a field-based role, requiring the candidate to actively visit nearby residential areas, businesses, offices, gyms, pharmacies, community spaces, and other relevant locations to promote the clinic and generate awareness and enquiries.

The ideal candidate should be confident, approachable, well-spoken, energetic, and comfortable interacting with people face-to-face. The role will involve explaining our clinic, services, ongoing offers, and promotions, distributing vouchers and promotional material, and encouraging potential patients to visit or enquire with the clinic.

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and confident Junior Marketing Executive to promote our Epsom clinic through field marketing and direct patient outreach.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit local residential areas to promote the clinic.
- Approach potential customers, introduce the clinic, and explain our services, treatments, offers, Discounts and promotions.
- Distribute vouchers, flyers, and promotional materials and explain the offers to interested individuals.




- Collect leads and maintain accurate records of people approached.
- Make follow-up calls to the people approached in the field and encourage them to enquire or book an appointment.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a record of call outcomes and appointments generated.
- Identify potential local business/community partnerships for promoting the clinic.
- Support local events, promotional campaigns, and other marketing activities.
- Submit regular reports on field visits, leads, calls, and appointments generated to the management.
- Represent the clinic professionally and provide a friendly, helpful experience to potential patients.

Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking to people face-to-face and over the phone.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel around Epsom.
- Energetic, presentable, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Good follow-up and organisational skills.
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, healthcare, or customer service is an advantage.
- Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
