Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a fashion retail store. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing staff, maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring excellent customer service, and controlling inventory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.- Lead, motivate, and manage the store sales team.- Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and productivity.- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.- Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment.- Conduct stock checks and support inventory audits.- Ensure proper display of products according to visual merchandising guidelines.- Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.- Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and brand standards.- Coordinate with warehouse,



merchandising, and head-office teams.- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly store performance reports.

Requirements

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.- 3–7 years of experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or retail store management.- Strong sales and team-management skills.- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.- Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and POS/billing systems.- Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
