Job Roles & Responsibilities:

This role requires strong investigative abilities to analyze and interpret and action complex Account/payment/refund related actions on consumers accounts post reaching sound conclusions based on evidence to validate fraud and dispute cases. Being a part of voice & Non-voice operations performing above mentioned tasks

Demonstrate a sharp eye for detail, essential to identify discrepancies, review account information, identify required actions

Strong logical reasoning skills are critical to evaluating complex scenarios, trace transaction histories, review correspondence and validate root cause to determine Fraud and/or Disputes.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate with Good IQ/Logical abilities
- Voice experience is a must
- Professionals with a minimum of 1 year of voice experience in an
- International BPO.
- Open to work rotational shifts with rotational WOs (Shifts will remain
- during night starting from 8am EST)
- No fixed shift or Fixed WOs commitment (Depends on business
- requirements)- To be accepted by the candidates
- Open to work at fixed salary with no Variable component




- Preference will be given to people with experience from Collections,
- Banking, Insurance, Medical Billing, AR management, O2C, RCM or
- Background verification domains.
- Excellent communication skills. The ability to articulate complex
- information clearly and professionally - (Written and Verbal)
- Typing Speed 40 WPM
- Working knowledge of MS office, especially MS Excel.
