Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Development: Design and implement age-appropriate English language and literature modules students.
- Instruction: Deliver engaging English lessons using diverse teaching methods to develop students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
- Student Engagement: Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom climate, encouraging students to participate in discussions, activities, reading exercises, and communication-based learning.
- Assessment & Feedback: Conduct regular evaluations through tests, assignments, projects, and class participation, and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Communication Skills: Support students in developing practical English communication skills for academic, social, and everyday situations.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades,



and student progress for internal monitoring and external reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

- Educational: Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) with a specialization in English or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
- Teaching Certification: Valid teaching license for high-school education.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years teaching English in a school or community-based setting.
