About Us

Department - Design and Engineering
Location- Andheri West, Mumbai (Local candidates only apply)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Read, interpret, and review P&IDs;, HFDs/PFDs, civil layouts, equipment GA drawings, and piping layouts.
- Possess sound knowledge of process equipment such as pumps, blowers, pressure vessels, tanks, filtration units, heat exchangers, and associated piping systems.
- Prepare, review, and verify Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
- Review Project PMS, specifications, material standards, and piping-related documents to identify design inputs and ensure compliance with applicable IS, ASTM, ASME, API, and project-specific standards.
- Develop and review piping layouts, isometrics, support drawings, and MTOs in coordination with the design and drafting team.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and AutoCAD Plant 3D for piping design, modeling,
extraction of drawings, and project documentation.
- Possess strong knowledge of pipe supports, support structures, structural coordination, and load considerations.
- Coordinate with process, civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Verify special processes and support new product development and standardization initiatives.
- Monitor project schedules, track engineering deliverables, and identify any shortfalls in inputs affecting project progress.
- Maintain and update standard engineering databases, specifications, templates, and design standards.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality systems, project requirements, and internal/external audit requirements.
- Ensure timely and error-free release of engineering documents, drawings, BOQs, MTOs, and technical inputs for procurement and project execution.
- Evaluate and implement new engineering software tools, workflows, and digitalization initiatives.
- Support site activities by providing engineering clarifications and resolving technical issues during fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, codes, standards, and technological developments, while contributing towards achieving company objectives.
