We are looking for a sharp, articulate and proactive ‘Editorial Executives’ to join our B2B media team covering the chemical, process, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Write, edit and proofread articles, features, interviews, profiles and industry news for our print and digital platforms.
- Research industry trends, companies and developments and identify experts and senior professionals for editorial content.
- Conduct interviews and build relationships with industry leaders and subject matter experts.
- Research and identify potential speakers, panellists and moderators for our conferences and workshops.
- Reach out to prospective speakers through email, telephone and LinkedIn, manage follow-ups and coordinate their participation.
- Assist with conference/workshop themes, agendas, speaker coordination and event execution.
- Attend relevant industry conferences, exhibitions, seminars and press events.




- Create engaging and persuasive emails and content for editorial, digital and event initiatives.

Candidate Profile

· Science graduates with specialisation in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related fields preferred.

· Candidates with experience in B2B media, technical writing, journalism, chemical/process industry, pharma/healthcare or events may also apply.

· Excellent written and spoken English with strong editing and communication skills.

· Confident interacting with senior industry professionals.

· Strong research ability, qualified communication and follow-up skills.

· Curious, energetic and a go-getter who enjoys meeting people and taking ownership.
