Role Description The Early Childhood Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing the academic and operational aspects of the early years program. This role involves designing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, supervising and mentoring early childhood teachers, and ensuring alignment with CBSE guidelines and school standards.

The Early Childhood

Director will monitor classroom practices, support instructional planning, and foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. Daily responsibilities include coordinating parent communication,



managing admissions-related interactions for early years, organizing staff training, and collaborating with the school leadership team on program improvement and policy development.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Curriculum Development and Elementary Education, with experience designing age-appropriate learning experiences for early childhood learners.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge in Education and Educational Leadership, including experience leading teams, implementing school policies, and driving academic quality.
