Role Description The E-Commerce and Research Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing and optimizing product listings on various e-commerce platforms, tracking online sales performance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and appealing product information. The executive will conduct market and consumer research, design and analyze questionnaires,



and prepare explicit presentations and reports to support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Analytical Skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience with E-commerce platforms and tools (such as Amazon, Flipkart, or marketplace dashboards) is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Excel or other analytical software, and comfort working with data sets, is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is desirable.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset will be advantageous.
