Role Description The Director of Technology is a full time remote role responsible for overseeing technology strategy, delivery, and operations across multiple client engagements. This role leads cross-functional teams, aligns technical roadmaps with business objectives, and ensures high-quality execution of software initiatives from discovery through deployment.

Day-to-day responsibilities include defining IT strategy, guiding architecture decisions, managing complex programs and projects, and coordinating with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams to meet milestones. The Director of Technology will establish best practices, optimize processes, mentor team members,



and manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. This role also involves monitoring performance metrics, mitigating risks, and continuously improving technology outcomes for client organizations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology expertise, including modern software architectures, cloud platforms, security, and infrastructure best practices.
- Candidates should possess robust Program Management skills, including managing multi-stream initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking delivery against strategic objectives.
- Candidates should possess proven IT Strategy capabilities, including translating business goals into technical roadmaps and investment plans.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Leadership experience, including mentoring, coaching, and guiding distributed technical teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and execution in agile and hybrid environments.
- Experience leading technology in startup or growth-stage environments and working with C-level stakeholders is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to operate effectively in remote, cross-cultural settings.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
