Senior Digital Marketing Executive – Ads & Lead Generation Experience: 2–4 Years | Job Type: Full-Time | Location: Surat, Gujarat – Onsite About the Role : We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive who is experienced in running paid advertising campaigns and generating high-quality leads for a software/IT business. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience with performance marketing and be comfortable managing campaigns with clearlead-generation and ROI targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Develop strategies to generate high-quality B2B leads for our software products and services.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Create and test different ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets effectively.
- Track leads and campaign performance through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager,



and conversion tracking.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Identify new paid marketing opportunities and continuously improve lead-generation strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and changes in digital advertising platforms.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Paid Advertising.
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably for B2B, SaaS, IT, or software companies.
- Good understanding of campaign analytics and performance metrics.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage campaigns independently and take ownership of performance.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
