About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 4+ years of experience to lead our digital marketing strategies and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement and manage overall digital marketing strategy
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO executives, content writers, and designers
- Manage digital marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Drive qualified leads with optimized CPL and manage monthly ad spends
- Perform A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
- Own complete SEO - On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO




- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization
- Track performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush / Ahrefs
- Grow brand presence across all social media platforms
- Plan monthly content calendars and work closely with the creative team
- Drive engagement, followers, and community building
- Manage Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, and marketing automation
- Optimize lead funnel and coordinate with sales team for lead closure

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
