Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Digital Marketing Executive to manage and promote Active Planets digital presence, social media platforms, campaigns, events, offers, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Active Planet’s social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, and promotional content.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase visitors and ticket sales.
- Promote offers, events, school packages, activities, and special programs.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for marketing materials.
- Capture and coordinate photos and videos of rides, activities, events, and customer experiences.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure regular content posting.
- Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Meta and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Respond to customer comments, messages, and online enquiries.
- Monitor customer reviews and maintain a positive online presence.
- Conduct competitor and local market research.




- Improve Active Planet’s online visibility and brand awareness in the Vadakara/Kozhikode region.
- Support website and Google Business Profile updates, where required.
- Prepare regular digital marketing reports and share performance updates with management.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing tools.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of social media marketing.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and digital advertising.
- Good content creation and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Basic video editing skills will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Malayalam and English communication skills are required.
- Creative, energetic, and willing to work in an entertainment and customer-focused environment.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing preferred.
- Experience in entertainment, amusement parks, hospitality, tourism, retail, or similar customer-facing businesses will be an advantage.
