Work Location - RCP Office, Mumbai
Role or designation - QA/QC Engineers or SQS Engineer
Work experience required review and approval of quality inspection reports, documents, and drawings related to various materials pertaining to 400kV and 765kV Transmission Line and Substation Projects.
Qualification required - minimum 5 to 8 years of similar experience of QA/QC profile for Transmission Line and Substation project after BE/B. Tech with Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Brief Scope of Work for QA/QC Engineer:
1. Quality Assurance Activities: Provide QA services including approval of prototype assemblies and inspection of supplies at manufacturers facilities. Ensure issuance of Customer Inspection Plan (CIP) and Material Inspection Clearance Certificate (MICC) prior to dispatch by the vendor/approved manufacturer.
2. Documentation Review: Review QA/QC documentation related to manufacturers’ quality systems, processes, and compliance with project specifications.
3. QA/QC Management:
Manage overall QA/QC activities including agencies and tests, reviewing test reports, evaluating inspection reports from third-party inspection agencies, and issuing dispatch clearance for materials.

4. Do you have experience in review & preparation of documents – QAP, TPI inspection reports, test witness reports, type test reports, Material Test certificates etc.
