About Our Client Our Client is a leading health advantages administrator and health-tech company, providing health insurance administration services and technology-driven healthcare solutions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, and other corporate laws.
- Independently manage and monitor SEBI compliances applicable to a listed company, including SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations (LODR), Corporate governance requirements, Stock exchange filings and disclosures - Coordinate and manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Shareholder Meetings, including preparation of agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and secretarial documentation.
- Support implementation and monitoring of corporate governance policies and frameworks.
- Liaise with stock exchanges, depositories, regulatory authorities, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing corporate documents, reports, and regulatory filings.
- Monitor regulatory developments and advise relevant stakeholders on compliance implications.
- Support due diligence, corporate actions, and other strategic initiatives as required.
The Successful
Applicant - CS Degree - PQE: 3-5 Yrs (excluding traineeship) - Hands-on experience managing SEBI compliances for a listed entity. What's on Offer - End-to-end exposure to secretarial compliance, stock exchange filings, corporate actions, board and committee management, and interactions with regulators, auditors, and senior leadership.
