- BSE/NSE listing compliances
- Board Meetings, Committee Meetings & AGM
- Notice, Agenda, Minutes & Resolutions
- Annual filings and statutory registers

- Corporate Governance
- Insider Trading / PIT compliance
- Shareholding pattern & stock exchange disclosures
- RTA, NSDL & CDSL coordination

- Investor complaints/grievances

- Corporate actions
