We are looking for a confident, energetic, and highly presentable College Outreach & AI Workshop Executive who can represent our company and introduce our AI Coding Software to colleges, universities, faculty members, and students.

The person will be responsible for building relationships with colleges, arranging seminars and workshops, delivering engaging presentations, demonstrating our AI coding software, and encouraging students to start using the platform.

This is a highly interactive role involving college visits, public speaking, presentations, workshops, relationship building, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. College Outreach & Relationship Building

- Identify and connect with colleges, universities, engineering colleges, computer institutes, and educational organizations.
- Contact principals, directors, HODs, placement officers, TPOs, faculty members, training departments, and college management.
- Introduce Finalrope Soft Solutions and our AI Coding Software.
- Explain how our AI coding technology can help students learn coding, practice programming, improve productivity, and develop industry-relevant technical skills.
- Build long-term relationships with colleges and educational institutions.
- Schedule college meetings, product demonstrations, seminars, guest lectures, workshops, and technical sessions.
- Follow up with colleges and convert discussions into confirmed workshops and partnerships.

2. AI Coding Workshops & Seminars

- Visit colleges and represent Finalrope Soft Solutions professionally.
- Conduct engaging seminars, technical sessions, workshops, awareness programs, and live product demonstrations.
- Explain AI Coding Software to students in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Demonstrate the software live and show students how they can use AI to assist with coding and software development.
- Conduct Q&A; sessions and interact with students.
- Encourage students to register and start using the software.




- Collect feedback from students and faculty.
- Coordinate with the internal technical/product team whenever required.

3. Public Speaking & Presentations

- Deliver presentations to classrooms, student groups, faculty members, and large college audiences.
- Explain technical concepts without making them unnecessarily complicated.
- Create excitement and interest around AI, coding, software development, and emerging technology.
- Confidently answer questions from students and faculty.
- Handle objections and concerns professionally.
- Represent Finalrope Soft Solutions as a professional technology company.

4. College Business Development

- Generate new college leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, references, and direct outreach.
- Develop relationships with decision-makers within colleges.
- Convert leads into meetings, seminars, workshops, demonstrations, and institutional partnerships.
- Maintain a pipeline of colleges and follow up regularly.
- Achieve monthly outreach, meeting, workshop, and student onboarding targets.
- Maintain proper records of college contacts, meetings, events, and follow-ups.

5. Student Engagement

- Engage students during seminars and workshops.
- Explain the practical benefits of AI-assisted coding.
- Help students understand how AI tools can support their learning and development.
- Encourage students to explore and use our AI Coding Software.
- Support student onboarding during college events.
- Identify student feedback, requirements, and opportunities for future programs.
