- Ensure accuracy and integrity of CCTV-based observations
- Review and validate CCTV observation summaries before escalation.
- Generate structured, insight-driven reports for senior leadership
- Improve daily monitoring capacity by streamlining workflows
- Reduce time wastage due to incorrect camera naming, access issues, or coordination gaps.
- Act as the single point of contact between the CCTV team and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of CCTV executives
