Role

Lead and scale the RMC business, with end-to-end responsibility for sales, operations, pricing, team building, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and grow the RMC business across Nagpur and new markets.
- Develop relationships with RMC plants, builders, developers and EPC contractors.
- Drive RMC sales volume, revenue and margins.
- Lead pricing, commercial negotiations and major customer acquisitions.
- Build and manage the RMC sales and operations team.
- Monitor plant utilisation, dispatch, logistics and quality.
- Own the P&L; and overall business performance.
- Develop scalable processes for multi-city expansion.

Candidate Profile
- 5–20+ years of relevant RMC industry experience.
- Robust understanding of RMC sales, operations, plant economics and commercial strategy.
- Experience managing teams / multiple plants or locations preferred.
- Existing relationships with builders, EPCs and major contractors will be an advantage.

Compensation: Competitive salary + performance incentives Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
