Description Zensar Technologies Limited is looking for a proactive Business Finance Manager to join its Finance department. The role will focus on applying Ind AS 115 revenue-recognition guidelines, handling complex accounting tasks, and partnering with business teams to provide insightful financial analysis that drives strategic decisions.

Excel expertise and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

- Ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with Ind AS 115.
- Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Analyze financial performance and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.




- Resolve complex accounting issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and validate financial data.
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting processes and internal controls.
- Support internal and external audit activities and address auditor queries.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel models for financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant.
- 1-3 years of finance experience in the IT industry.
- Robust knowledge of Ind AS 115 revenue-recognition guidelines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (functions, pivot tables, macros).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex financial tasks with high attention to detail
- Solid understanding of financial statements and reporting standards.
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
