1. Drive branch sales and ensure achievement of branch targets, both volume and rate, across all three product lines

2. Manage and lead the Field Sales Executives and Team Leads at the branch in achieving targets and generating leads

3. Develop and manage key customer and dealer relationships through regular face to face interactions

4. Enable smooth functioning of branch operations through coordination with Credit and Collections team

5. Responsible for staffing and optimal utilization of resources in the branch sales team
