Hotel Industry Experience required.

1. Sales &
- Business Development

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, MICE, leisure, travel trade, and other relevant market segments.

- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, market visits, sales calls, and industry events.

- Conduct regular client meetings, sales calls, presentations, and hotel/property inspections.

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, event companies, wedding planners, and other business partners.

- Manage existing accounts and generate repeat business through regular follow-ups and relationship management.

- Promote the hotel's rooms, restaurants, banquet facilities, meeting spaces, events, and other revenue-generating services.

- Support the Sales Manager/DOS in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, presentations, and other sales documentation.

- Negotiate rates and commercial terms within the hotel's approved guidelines.

- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed business.

1. Corporate &
- MICE Sales

- Develop corporate accounts and increase room-night production.

- Generate business from conferences, meetings, exhibitions, weddings, social events, and corporate functions.

- Maintain relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, travel managers, and event planners.

- Coordinate with Banquets, F&B;, Front Office, Reservations, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of confirmed business.





- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

1. Marketing &
- Promotions

- Assist in developing and implementing the hotel's annual and monthly sales & marketing plans.

- Support digital marketing activities, social media promotions, email campaigns, and online promotions.

- Coordinate with agencies, photographers, designers, media partners, and other external vendors when required.

- Support hotel promotions, F&B; campaigns, seasonal packages, festivals, events, and special offers.

- Ensure all marketing collateral and communication follow the hotel's brand standards.

- Monitor competitor promotions, pricing, campaigns, and market trends.

1. Client Relationship Management

- Maintain an updated database of corporate clients, prospects, travel partners, and key contacts.

- Conduct regular client visits and relationship-building activities.

- Handle client enquiries and resolve issues promptly in coordination with relevant departments.

- Collect client feedback and communicate opportunities for service improvement to management.

- Build long-term relationships to increase client retention and repeat business.

1. Reporting &
- Administration





- Maintain accurate sales-call, lead, account, and business-development records.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

- Monitor sales targets, room nights, revenue, lead conversion, and account production.

- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and departmental budgets.

- Maintain accurate information in the hotel's CRM/sales systems.

- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with Finance for collection follow-ups.

1. Internal Coordination

- Work closely with Revenue Management to maximize room revenue and market share.

- Coordinate with Front Office and Reservations regarding room availability and group requirements.

- Coordinate with F&B; and Banquets for events and group business.

- Work with Marketing and PR teams on campaigns, promotions, and brand activities.

- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed business to the Operations/Event team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

- Room-night production and room revenue.

- New corporate account acquisition.

- Lead generation and conversion ratio.

- MICE, banquet, wedding, and event revenue.

- Client retention and repeat business.

- Number and productivity of sales calls/client visits.

- Marketing campaign performance.

- Average account production and revenue contribution.

- Timely submission of reports and sales forecasts.

- Collection/payment follow-up performance.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
