Position Overview

TICQC (www.ticqc.ae) is seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented business development and sales professional for our sustainability portfolio. This role will focus on expanding client relationships, identifying current opportunities, and driving revenue growth for services including sustainability Framework (BRSR, GRI, TCFD), product carbon footprint analysis, life cycle assessments (LCA), and GHG reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote sustainability services.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and corporate sectors.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships with sustainability leaders, compliance managers, and CXOs.

- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex sustainability solutions into clear business value propositions.

- Prepare contract , presentations, and commercial offers tailored to client needs.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to position offerings effectively.





- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

- Bachelors/masters degree in business, Marketing, Environmental Management, or related field.

- 47 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in sustainability sector .

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building longterm client relationships.

- Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (BRSR, GRI, TCFD) GHG , LCA is highly desirable.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with technical experts and crossfunctional teams.
