Your Work Profile

- Lead BCM engagements, including Business Impact Analysis, risk assessments, continuity planning, and maturity reviews.
- Develop and review Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery plans.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, tabletop exercises, and crisis simulations.
- Identify resilience gaps and recommend practical remediation strategies.
- Manage client relationships, project deliverables, and quality reviews.




- Support business development initiatives.

Key Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of BCM, Crisis Management, Disaster Recovery, and Operational Resilience.
- Hands-on experience with BIA, continuity strategies, plan development, and testing.
- Understanding of ISO 22301 and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Experience with BCM/GRC tools such as ServiceNow, Fusion, Archer, or MetricStream.
- Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Preferred certifications: CBCI/MBCI, CBCP, ISO 22301 LA/LI, CISA.
- B.E./B.Tech. or master’s degree in Business, Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in BCM, crisis management, disaster recovery, or operational resilience.
- Prior consulting or regulated-industry experience is preferred.
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable working in local and global environments.
