- Graduation and Diploma in Engineering stream.

/n

- Experience of 6-10 years in After sales service.

/n /n /n /n

- Manage end-to-end JioFiber, AirFiber, and DTH service operations across the assigned area.

/n

- Lead and manage large field teams, including service engineers and technicians, ensuring effective manpower deployment.

/n

- Ensure timely completion of installations, service requests, repairs, and customer complaints as per defined TAT and SLA.

/n

- Drive achievement of productivity, quality, service, and operational targets for the assigned area.

/n

- Monitor field team performance, identify gaps, and take corrective actions to improve efficiency and service delivery.

/n

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by minimizing complaints, repeat visits, and escalations.

/n





- Coordinate with Sales, Store Teams, Care Centers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and seamless service operations.

/n

- Conduct regular team reviews, provide coaching and training, and drive continuous improvement in overall service performance.
