Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.

- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.

- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in an international BPO setting with focus on customer support.

- Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language (written & spoken).

- Ability to work effectively in an international call center environment handling multiple conversations simultaneously.
