The Mission

Lead, scale, and institutionalize the transformation of the organization's Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) through cutting-edge AI technologies, agentic architectures, and automated engineering harnesses. As the leader of the Transversal Engineer Team, you will define organizational standards, architect enterprise-wide AI-assisted engineering practices, empower cross-functional software teams, and accelerate time-to-value across all product lines.

The Successful Applicant We're Looking For Someone Who Has Min 8 Years experience required1. Leadership & Enablement Expertise

- Proven Team Leadership: 3+ years of experience managing high-performing software engineering teams, platform enablement teams, or Centers of Excellence (CoE).
- Change Management & Influence: Strong ability to influence cross-functional technical stakeholders, advocate for recent methodologies, and drive technical change across distributed organizations2. AI SDLC & Harness Engineering Mastery
- AI SDLC Track Record: Demonstrated experience driving productivity transformations using modern AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) across software engineering organizations.
- Harness & Quality Governance:



Deep background in establishing automated testing frameworks, strict static analysis/linting, context file strategies, and CI/CD automation to validate AI-generated code at scale.3. Technical & Architectural Depth
- Modern Full-Stack & Cloud Architecture: Hands-on background in SPA frameworks (React, Vue, Angular), backend runtimes (Python, Node.js, Go), and serverless/PaaS environments (e.g., GCP Cloud Run, Azure Functions/Container Apps, AWS Fargate).
- Applied AI & Agentic Orchestration: Strong experience integrating LLM APIs, building RAG systems, and deploying agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI) in production settings.Mindset & Execution Style
- Strategic Builder Mindset: Strong passion for "speed-to-value" combined with the strategic vision required to scale practices across multiple business units.

Data-Driven & Outcome-Focused: Obsessed with measuring outcomes (e.g., DORA metrics, time-to-market reduction, code quality improvements) and continuously optimizing team velocity and satisfaction.
