About the Role

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented AI/ML QA Intern who is excited about Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Voice AI, and Conversational AI.

This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with 3–6 months of relevant internship/project experience who want to build a career in AI Quality Assurance and AI Testing.

You will work closely with our AI/ML, product, and engineering teams to test AI-powered applications, evaluate model responses, identify edge cases, and ensure that AI systems deliver accurate, relevant, consistent, and reliable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Test and evaluate GenAI and LLM-based applications across different use cases.
- Perform Prompt Testing by creating different prompts and evaluating AI responses.
- Evaluate responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency, context understanding, and hallucinations.
- Test Conversational AI and Voice AI systems across normal, unexpected, and edge-case scenarios.
- Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and evaluation criteria for AI features.
- Identify unexpected, incorrect, inconsistent, or low-quality AI/model outputs.
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and edge-case testing.
- Create and maintain test datasets and scenarios for AI evaluation.
- Reproduce and document bugs/issues with clear steps and observations.
- Work with AI/ML engineers and developers to investigate issues and improve product quality.
- Maintain clear documentation of test results, findings, and AI evaluation outcomes.

Requirements





- Fresher or 3–6 months of relevant internship/project experience.
- Educational background in AI/ML, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Positive understanding of basic AI/ML and Generative AI concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a testing mindset.
- Genuine interest in LLMs, Prompt Testing, GenAI, Voice AI, and Conversational AI.
- Ability to think creatively and identify unusual or unexpected test scenarios.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of APIs, Postman, SQL, Git, or software testing concepts will be an added advantage.

PPO Opportunity This is a 6-month paid internship with a potential Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).
