Position Overview:

Orris Infrastructure is seeking an experienced and highly skilled AGM – Architect to lead architectural planning, design management, and project execution for large-scale high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The role requires strong expertise in design coordination, value engineering, regulatory approvals, consultant management, and project delivery while ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and timeline objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Management & Project Execution:

- Lead architectural design development from concept through execution for high-rise and large-scale real estate projects.
- Review and finalize master plans, layouts, architectural drawings, and construction documents.
- Ensure alignment of design intent with project objectives, budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress and provide architectural guidance throughout project execution.

Innovation & Value Engineering:

- Drive innovative and sustainable design solutions to enhance project value and customer experience.
- Implement value engineering initiatives to optimize design, construction costs, and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate new materials, technologies, and architectural trends for project enhancement.

Approvals & Regulatory Compliance:

- Coordinate with government authorities and statutory bodies for approvals and clearances.
- Ensure compliance with building codes,



local regulations, fire safety norms, environmental guidelines, and development control regulations.
- Manage documentation required for architectural approvals and project submissions.

Stakeholder & Consultant Coordination:

- Collaborate with internal teams including Projects, Planning, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Legal.
- Manage and coordinate with external architects, consultants, landscape designers, structural consultants, and MEP teams.
- Conduct design review meetings and ensure seamless communication among stakeholders.

Cost & Resource Management:

- Support project budgeting exercises through design optimization and cost-effective planning.
- Review consultant proposals, design specifications, and project requirements to ensure cost efficiency.
- Monitor resource utilization and recommend improvements in architectural processes.

Team Leadership & Supervision:

- Lead and mentor architectural teams, ensuring high levels of performance and career development.
- Assign responsibilities, review deliverables, and ensure timely completion of architectural milestones.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Quality Control & Standards:

- Ensure architectural deliverables meet company quality standards and project specifications.




- Conduct periodic design audits and site reviews to ensure adherence to approved drawings.
- Identify and resolve design-related issues during project execution.

Reporting & Process Improvement:

- Prepare project status reports, design review updates, and management presentations.
- Develop and implement best practices for architectural planning, coordination, and execution.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and project outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
- 12-15 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong exposure to large-scale real estate projects from design development through completion.
- Experience working with reputed real estate developers, architectural firms, or construction organizations.
