About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and well-presented Aesthetic Therapist / Doctor's Assistant to assist doctors in day-to-day clinical procedures and perform basic aesthetic and beauty treatments as per training and clinic protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist doctors during consultations and aesthetic procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment and required consumables.
- Support doctors during skin and hair-related procedures.
- Perform basic beauty and aesthetic treatments as per training and SOPs.
- Assist with procedures such as facials, clean-ups and other non-invasive treatments.
- Maintain proper hygiene and sterilization standards.
- Explain basic pre-treatment and post-treatment care to clients as instructed by the doctor.
- Maintain accurate patient/client treatment records.




- Monitor availability of consumables and inform the concerned team when stock is low.
- Ensure proper client handling and a comfortable treatment experience.
- Follow all clinic safety, hygiene and operational protocols.

Requirements
- Qualification in Nursing, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Aesthetic Therapy or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetology, skin or hair clinic preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications/training may also be considered.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of skin, hair and aesthetic treatments.
- Comfortable working closely with doctors and clinical teams.
- Skilled, disciplined and responsible attitude.
