Hiring: Ads Expert / Performance Marketing Executive

Location: Raipur | In office / Freelance options available

We are looking for an Ads Expert who can plan, run, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Run and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Create and manage ad campaigns, audiences, budgets, and targeting
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better results
- Track leads, reach, engagement, conversions, and other key metrics
- Prepare basic performance reports and insights
- Coordinate with the content/design team for ad creatives and campaigns
- Stay updated with current advertising trends and best practices

- Freelancers with relevant experience are welcome
- Candidates should have hands-on understanding of Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
