Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-driven Admission Counselor / Student Acquisition Executive to join our educational institution in Nigdi, Pune. This role requires a dynamic person who can manage complete data collection, execute targeted lead generation campaigns, handle telecalling, and conduct ground-level field activities around local schools, colleges, and educational hubs to drive admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Collection & Lead Generation:

- Actively collect, build, and manage a robust database of prospective students (leads) through field campaigns, educational events, surveys, and local sources.

- Generate high-quality inquiries and maintain an organized, up-to-date database/CRM of all prospective student contacts.

- Telecalling & Follow-ups: Handle inbound/outbound calls, follow up on collected data/leads, respond to student and parent inquiries, explain courses, and invite them for campus visits.

- Field Visits & Ground Promotion: Conduct outdoor promotional activities around schools, colleges, and coaching areas in and around Nigdi by distributing flyers, pitching to students directly, and executing on-ground lead capturing.

- Walk-in Counseling: Face-to-face counseling for visiting students and parents, guiding them through the course details and closing admissions.

- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly data generation, calling,



and admission targets.

Candidate Requirements & Skills:

- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1 year of experience in data generation, sales, counseling, or education sector field work who have high energy and great communication skills.

- Skills Required: Basic Excel/data-handling knowledge, excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Marathi (English is an added advantage), and strong convincing power.

- Mandatory Requirement: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle (Bike/Scooty) for field visits and data collection drives.

What We Offer (Benefits):

- Base Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹18,000 per month (Based on interview and experience).
