Admission Counselor

Location: Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities:

- Connect with prospective students and understand their career goals, qualified background, and learning requirements.
- Counsel working professionals on the relevance and benefits of the Capital Markets program.
- Clearly communicate the program structure, curriculum, learning experience, and career relevance.
- Handle objections related to program value, fees, career outcomes, time commitment, and competition.
- Manage leads and prospects throughout the complete sales cycle.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly admission/revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records and update prospect information in the CRM.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline
- 1-4 years of relevant experience
- Below 35 years
- Good English communication skills

CTC 12 LPA fixed| Immediate Joiner | 6 days a week | Work form Office
