Key Responsibilities for Admission Counsellor:

- Handle and respond to admission enquiries through calls, walk-ins, digital channels, and references
- Counsel parents and provide detailed information about the school, curriculum, facilities, and admission process
- Conduct and coordinate campus visits for prospective parents
- Build strong relationships with parents and ensure timely follow-ups
- Guide parents through the application, assessment, documentation, and admission process
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, applications, and admissions
- Work closely with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission experience
- Contribute towards achieving admission and enrolment targets

What We're Looking for in an Admission Counsellor:

Good interpersonal and communication abilities in English, with any Bachelor's degree

Strong counselling, relationship-building, and follow-up abilities

Confident and professional personality

Prior experience in school admissions, education counselling, sales, or a similar role will be preferred

Qualifications and Experience for Campus Admin:

- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience in a school, operations, facilities management, educational institution, university, hospital, hotel, or large facility is preferred.
- Basic English Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written interaction with students, families, vendors, and staff.
- Proficiency in Campus Management, including operational oversight, coordination of activities, and facility management.
