- Key Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in IFRS, USGAAP, and Ind AS standards, with 1 6 years of experience as an auditor, accountant, or advisor.
- Lead project scoping, effort estimation, project planning, team management, and provide constructive feedback.
- Address technical and complex accounting matters, including consolidation, business combinations, asset acquisition, stock based compensation, and financial instruments.
- Manage a small team, overseeing direct reportees and performance management.
- Operate independently and collaboratively in larger project teams.
