● Identify upselling opportunities for revenue growth and client retention.

● Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies.

● Lead team coordination and support for successful project outcomes.

● Develop long-term social media strategies and cutting-edge campaign ideas.

● Conduct sentiment analysis, monitor market trends, and perform competitor analysis.

● Coordinate video production and maintain Online Reputation Management.

● Drive brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms.
