Experience

- 6-15 years of overall experience in SAP HCM Functional Payroll
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in any one specific country payroll

Key Skills & Responsibilities

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll
- Good knowledge of Payroll Configuration
- Strong experience in Payroll Schemas
- Hands-on experience in Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs)
- Ability to analyze payroll requirements and configure solutions based on business needs
- Experience in payroll processing, issue resolution, and troubleshooting
- Positive understanding of payroll processes and integration with other SAP HCM modules




- Ability to work independently and collaborate with business/technical teams
- Must have good communication skills.

Country Payroll Experience

Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in any one of the following country payrolls:

- Malaysia, Brazil, Colombia, Portugal, Sweden, Spanish, Chile, Turkey, Argentina, Thailand,
