We’re looking for an AI Artist to craft the visual identity, expression, and presence that make our AI teammates feel real. You’ll combine a strong visual eye with hands on expertise in generative image and video tools, taking ideas from creative brief through rapid iteration to polished, production-ready output. You’ll work across node-based AI pipelines and conventional visual production techniques to create compelling, photorealistic experiences.Give our Superhumans a face - and make people believe it.What You'll Do:Create feature quality, photorealistic character elements, expressions, and environments for our Superhuman agentsExplore, develop, and rapidly iterate visual concepts using generative image and video tools based on clear creative briefsBuild, refine, and maintain reusable production assets within core vendor AI generation pipelinesApply conditioning and control techniques to maintain consistency in character, composition, pose, and visual style across a growing asset libraryCreate and refine generative motion using image-to-video, video-to-video, and other AI-driven video workflowsPerform finishing passes across lighting, perspective, composition, light compositing, and paint work to maintain visual quality and realismIdentify and correct visual inconsistencies, artifacts, and other details that break photorealismPartner closely with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent and on-brand visual languageExperiment with emerging generative AI tools, techniques, and workflows to improve creative quality and production efficiencyDocument and share learnings, best practices,
